The reason for this blog:

To avoid having to ask for membership dues, I have been searching for another way for everyone to communicate with one another for FREE! Meetup.com charges our gracious Head Wench $19 each month so that we all may keep in contact. That can add up to quite a bit at the end of the year.

So far, it looks as if we will be able to make posts to let you know when scrapmeets will be held or posts asking when everyone will be available for meets. There isn't a way that I have discovered yet for everyone to make posts like in a forum, but you can post in the comments section below each originating post. To the LEFT of the screen there is a link to the calendar where you can also see the schedule.

Please scroll down to the bottom of the blog and add yourself as a FOLLOWER and SUBSCRIBE as well.

I will put up a "FORUM"post as often as needed so that you can leave your comments as often as you want and we will keep an eye on the forum posts and respond as necessary. Try this out and let us know if you approve. Otherwise, we will have to pass around the collection plate to keep the meetup.com site up and going.
